If an item is in stock, and as long as as we receive your order before 2 PM GMT we will dispatch your order the same day. If we are aware of any delay in receiving your t-shirt order we will give you an update via email of an expected delivery date.

Please be aware that orders placed on a Saturday will not be processed until the Monday.

We use First Class Post to deliver to the UK and the standard overseas Airmail service for the EU a and the US. These rates are covered by insurance for your order value.

UK:

We use First Class post and most orders will arrive between 1-3 days, but we should add that Royal Mail's guidelines stipulate that it can take up to 5 days after despatch to be delivered.

For orders over £35.00 we will send via Royal Mail recorded delivery. We do offer a next day special delivery service for the UK, which will get there by 1pm the next day, this is a signed for service..

Europe:

Deliveries to most European countries are sent priority air mail and will be delivered approximately 4-7 days after shipment from UK.

USA & Rest of the World:

Deliveries to America and the Rest of the World can take anything from 5 - 20 days.

If the time elapsed is longer than the estimated delivery times then please email us straight away.

UK Holidays

Just to let our International customers know that like any country we do have national holidays that do affect our postal services and we will not be able to post your items on these particular days: New Years Day (1 January), Good Friday (2nd April), May Day (3rd May), Christmas Day and Boxing Day (25th and 26th December)

Please ensure that you have given us the correct details for delivery as we will deliver to the address provided. You can review these details in our order confirmation and despatch emails. It is your responsibility to contact us immediately if the details are wrong as Giallo T-Shirts cannot be held responsible for an order that has already been despatched.

Our site does show when an item is out of stock, if this is the case then do email us to register your interest and we will contact you to let you know when we will have more available. We will also contact you when the stock is in for priority ordering.

All of your t-shirts carry their own washing instructions label from Continental. Wash at 30, which is a cool wash and do not tumble dry this will make sure your T-shirt and it's design lasts longer. When ironing make sure the garment is inside out, and use a low setting do not iron directly on the print as any printed material could bleed into the fabric and ruin the design.
