Returns
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from Giallo T-Shirts. However if you wish to return any item then please check our returns policy below.
You can return your t-shirt to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.
Please use our Returning Your Goods form (click here) on the site or inform us by email within 7 days of receipt of your order at
returns@giallo-tshirts.com that you will be returning an item and please include your order number and to help us could you state the reason for return.
Please return items by post in original packaging with any labels still attached to:

Postage is to be paid by the customer, original postage cost will only be refunded if an item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent. we recommend that you use a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and keep receipts confirming your order has been sent back to us. We also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning as any parcels not received at our head office cannot be refunded.
We will email you on receipt of the item and endeavour to process your refund within 28 days. If however you have not heard from us within this time please contact us in case you need to make a claim for lost post through Royal Mail.
Reasons we won't accept returns:
Once 28 days from the date of dispatch has expired.
If the item is worn, washed, or if you have damaged your item by opening your package with a sharp blade.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
